The Cycladic Form No. I is inspired by both the Ancient Greek sculptures made in the Cyclades Islands during the Bronze Age and Michelangelo's "non-finito" works. This piece studies two lovers in a state of devotion intertwining and rising out of unfinished rock. The model for this candle was designed and partially sculpted by Julia Keesler.

Art begets art. This candle is designed to be a changing work of art, rather than a candle to light for ongoing ambience. If you choose to burn, do so incrementally and your candle will transform with each burn.

If you do choose to light, please place candle on a fire proof surface and never leave unattended. Keep wick trimmed close to candle for best burn results.

As each candle is made by hand from start to finish, imperfections may be present making each one unique.
