PROCESSING

All orders require at 5-7 business days for processing, unless otherwise noted on specific item page as each candle is made to order. 

SHIPPING

Due to current events, USPS has raised their shipping rates. We will try to keep shipping as reasonable as possible, but particularly with heavier items like The Venus No. II, shipping may be more expensive. 

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP is available for all NYC local orders! The local pick-up option will be available at the "shipping" section of checkout for all customers local to the NYC area with a local address. If selecting this option, please email info@museastudy.com to set up a pick-up time/location! 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges as each candle is made to order. We do not accept exchanges on candles broken by the customer after being safely delivered.

If you receive a candle that was broken during shipment, you may exchange it for a new one free of shipping charge within 10 days.  

STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the shipment is marked delivered it is out of our hands. We are not able to offer a refund due to stolen packages. If you have special instructions for delivery please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@museastudy.com before purchasing.
